At Solex we scour the country in search of produce that meets the highest standard. Among our offerings are the rare cultivations of the freshest quality. We have established unique relationships with small farms throughout the region to offer this array of seasonal vegetables and fruits. In addition to our farm-to-table local program we have expanded our reach to the west coast, where we take advantage of a special relationship with the Santa Monica’s Farmers Market to bring you delicacies from California’s best crop.
